The saltbox home was built for practicality and family, not flash. Built to last. We sell coffee made the same way: honest, simple, and always fresh from the roaster.

Who we are
I'm a U.S. veteran who started Saltbox after years on a small homestead with my wife. It was a simple life with beehives, gardens, and quiet mornings before the day's work. We weren't trying to become full-time farmers. We wanted space, honest work, and coffee that matched the pace of that life.
We shared that journey on our YouTube channel, Free Range Art Farm. The homestead chapter has closed for now, but the lessons stayed: meaningful work matters, craftsmanship matters, and some of life's best moments happen before the world wakes up.
Saltbox Coffee Co. is that philosophy in a bag: simple, honest coffee for people who know us, and for anyone who values the same things we do.
Fresh from the roaster

Why Saltbox
Saltbox Coffee Co. follows a simple philosophy: honest coffee for people who appreciate hard work, craftsmanship, and the quiet moments that start every day. We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters, a family-owned specialty roaster in Southern California, who roasts every bag fresh to order. Fresh roasted to order. 12oz bags ship in certified home-compostable packaging. 2lb and 5lb bags ship in standard black bags (not compostable).
No warehouse. No stale shelves. No compromise. Just coffee that earns its place on your counter.
Saltbox Gives Back
Inspired by the Pledge 1% movement, we donate 1% of revenue, 1% of product, and 1% of our time to the Farmer Veteran Coalition. Helping veterans build meaningful careers in agriculture.
As a veteran-owned company, our pledge to the Farmer Veteran Coalition is personal.
